I would LOVE the east edge of downtown between E13th to E17th, Superior to Lakeside, to have more brownstones/townhomes. The Avenue Townhomes between Superior and Rockwell are a great start - let’s keep it going!! And add corner stores to really make it a walkable neighborhood.
