Yo @operagxofficial , is it just me or is the browser not working properly? There some connectivity issues going on the browser. YouTube, twitter, spotify, twitch etc. are not working properly. However on using another browser, these platforms are working perfectly fine. Help me!

Do you perhaps have the RAM Limiter enabled & set to a low value? It's easy to set it and forget sometimes, so please check if that's the case You can also hit SHIFT + ESC to open the built-in task manager of the browser which should show you how much ram each process is using so you can identify if there's anything using too much (could be specific tabs, extensions etc.)

I have a Ryzen 7. I have 48Gb of DDR4 RAM I have a NVME C: drive. I have SSD data drives. I have a 11Gb 2080 Ti. I have no other applications running. Why the fuck does @operagxofficial keep crashing due to “out of memory” errors?!

Hi, if you didn't change the installation directory when installing GX, the files should be in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera GX (replace USERNAME with yours) Try going there and finding the opera.exe to launch, it seems like the GX shortcut you're interacting with was modified somehow to point to Chrome. Would also recommend scanning your system & checking your extensions when you can open GX again to ensure there are no unknown extensions installed. If opera.exe in the folder doesn't work, copy its path, open Run (Windows Key + R) and run it like this (quotation marks included): "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\Opera GX\opera.exe" --disable-extensions If you're able to launch that way, go to opera://extensions and remove any unknown ones then unpin the previous shortcut that was opening Chrome and pin the new one you were able to open GX through on your taskbar.
