I miss the old me. Today, I was going through my iCloud videos and all those memories came rushing back. It made me smile. Back in 2019–2021, wedding season was always something to look forward to. We would created WhatsApp groups for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, sharing dance videos, practice different dancing steps, and even attended rehearsals because we wanted every wedding to be beautiful and memorable. Then 2022 came, and life started changing. I became more focused on building a better future and chasing bigger goals. Now, I can’t even remember the last time I danced or attended a wedding. Many of those friends I shared those moments with I don’t even know where they are today. These days, my focus is mostly on my family, my future, and trying to become a better version of myself. Sometimes I sit and wonder how I grew up so fast. I’m 26 now, but it feels like yesterday I was that carefree 19 years old enjoying life without thinking too much. Time really flies😊.
