New Month. New Opportunities. As we step into March, Public Health Ambassadors Uganda encourages every young person to prioritize their wellbeing physically, mentally, and emotionally. Take time to check in with yourself. Seek help when you need it. Support a friend who may be struggling. And remember that accessing health information and services is your right. #PHAUCARES #NewMonth

Happy New Year 🤍 A new year means a new chapter not because we suddenly become new people, but because we get another chance to grow, heal, and choose better for ourselves. 2026, we step into you with gratitude for the lessons, courage from the losses, and hope for what’s ahead. May this year bring clarity where there was confusion, peace where there was heaviness, and strength for every dream waiting to be pursued. Here’s to showing up with intention, loving more deeply, and living more honestly. #PHAUCARES #NewYear

Motivational Monday!!! This is your reminder that you don’t need to have it all figured out. It’s okay to still be learning. It’s okay to change your mind. It’s okay to move slowly. Growth is not always neat or loud, sometimes it’s quiet, confusing, and messy. And that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re becoming. You don’t need all the answers right now. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need the courage to keep showing up, even on the days you’re unsure. #PHAUCARES #MotivationalMonday

Motivational Monday!!!! This week, choose peace on purpose. Peace isn’t always quiet or easy sometimes it’s saying no, walking away from what drains you, setting boundaries that protect your spirit, and choosing yourself even when it feels uncomfortable. Remember: Peace is a decision Boundaries are an act of self-respect Walking away is also moving forward Your emotional wellbeing is worth protecting Start the week with this reminder: Protect your peace like it’s part of your purpose because it is. #PHAUCARES #chooseyourpeace

As we slide into the weekend, here’s your reminder: GBV doesn’t take weekends off & neither should our awareness. Today, on Day 11 of the 16 Days of Activism, we’re shining a bright light on the kind of violence that hides behind screens, emojis, and “just joking”: Digital Violence Against Women & Girls. Harmless banter? Entertainment? “Just vibes”? Absolutely not. This weekend, as we relax, scroll, post, and engage online, let’s remember: Your comments carry weight Your silence can speak loudly Your digital choices can protect or harm Online spaces should feel like home not a battlefield. And safety should never clock out just because it’s Friday. #PHAUCARES #EnddigitalViolence

Final Stretch of the Year!! A new month, a gentle reminder that we have made it through every challenge, every shift, and every silent battle this year. December arrives with soft whispers of gratitude not just for the big victories, but for the strength we found on the days we didn’t feel strong at all. This month, we are choosing to appreciate ourselves a little more. To celebrate the growth we didn’t notice happening. To honour the healing we didn’t even ask for but still received. Here’s to a December filled with peace, clarity, and softness. A December where we speak kindly to ourselves, protect our energy, and trust that what’s meant for us is coming with ease. #PHAUCARES #HappyDecember

World AIDS Day reminds us of our shared responsibility to protect one another. Under this year’s theme, “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming the AIDS Response,” we celebrate the resilience of young people who continue to rise above challenges, lack of access, stigma, and social barriers. At PHAU, we ensure that the youth have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to stay healthy from HIV awareness campaigns, digital education platforms, linkage to testing and care, to camp-to-community engagements that uplift young voices. Young people deserve a world where HIV prevention is accessible, stigma free, and youth-friendly. And together, we’re building it. Let’s unite to overcome disruptions and create a stronger, more inclusive AIDS response. #PHAUCARES #WorldAIDSday

Happy Monday! We’ve officially reached the final stretch of the year and this is your reminder that it’s never too late to rise, reset, and rewrite your story. So many young people have pushed through challenges this year juggling school, work, family responsibilities, mental health battles, and personal growth. And guess what? They’re still standing. Still trying. Still choosing themselves. #PHAUCARES #MondayMotivation

It’s SRHR Wednesday, and we’re answering the questions young people ask the most! Q: Can emergency contraception cause infertility? A: No. Emergency contraception does not cause infertility. It simply delays ovulation to prevent pregnancy and is safe for most people. Q: Can you get HIV from kissing? A: HIV is not transmitted through saliva. Kissing is safe unless there are open sores or blood present. Have more questions? Send them privately , we’ll answer them without judgement. #AskPHAU #SRHRFacts

Its Monday Motivation! This Week, choose yourself a little mre boldly. Your peace is sacred and you dont owe anyone an explanation for protecting it. Say no without guilt. Walk away without fear. ITS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY, EVEN FOR MEN. As we mark Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminding every man and boy that strength is not silence. Too often, society teaches men to “man up” instead of speaking up but behind every smile, there might be a story untold, a burden unshared, a struggle unseen. This November, let’s: Start the conversation Check in on our brothers, fathers, partners, and friends Create safe spaces for men to express their emotions without shame. #PHAUCares #MensMentalHealth

Its Moivational Monday!!! Sometimes we look around and feel like everyone else is way ahead new jobs, new wins, new vibes. But here’s the truth , your journey is not a race. You’re allowed to move at your own pace. You’re allowed to pause, breathe, and start again. What matters most is that you keep moving. So today, give yourself credit for all the tiny victories ; waking up early, showing up, trying again. They all count. Because progress, not perfection, is the real flex! #PHAUCARES #BeYou
