@plexezz Hear me out, you don't have to quit Apex to achieve the same results and more. It's all in the diet or at least 80-90%. Watch your calories, stop sugar and you're good.

@spjderr The different camera exaggerates it a little. I had very weak back muscles. Sitting up would hurt after ~2 minutes. I've improved my kyphosis, anterior pelvic tilt, and nerd neck. I think fixing the neck has contributed most. I used to lean forward to hide my double chin.

@Rukikun6snsfw I didn't enjoy playing comp, and being in a 2000 calorie deficit made me play like shit anyway. I could've still competed, just wouldn't have lost weight as quickly. By the time I'd have a chance to actually exercise, I'd be so mentally drained and tired I wouldn't want to.

@plexezz Apex had nothing to do with it. You could have done all that and still played apex you lacked the motivation.
