My health took a turn this week and I'm now on some hefty antibiotics that are messing with my system and causing unpleasant side effects including a level of water retention that has turned my scales into a hostile working environment. The hiatus is only temporary, I believe I've avoided a trip to hospital (although its still a possibility) and whilst this health challenge certainly affected my productivity last week i'm hoping it will be less detrimental this week. I suspect weigh-ins will resume in mid April. Sorry to disappoint you all!
