Hello everyone, some of you may already know but I got my tier 3 content creator privileges got revoked for a month starting today. The reason for this ban was due to “inappropriate jokes/comments” in my videos and I’m making this tweet today to explain my side of this issue and how unfairly this situation has been handled. Basically, I have been made an example out of, as the inappropriate jokes I make on my channel have all been massively recycled within the clash community and that includes majority of other tier 3 content creators as well, yet I am the only person who has received a strike for this and the others get a simple warning, a slap on the wrist. Ever since the 2024 lucky box glitch situation (where i got banned permanently for abusing the glitch one time and people who did it on multiple accounts faced no consequences) I’ve always felt like I’ve had a target on my back even though the lucky box situation was a huge fault on supercells end. Ultimately they ended unbanning me of course, but now, I can’t help but wonder if this is a personal agenda against me as the clash royale “higher ups” were the ones who sent the clips from my video to the review team and it just makes perfect sense as everything adds up. There’s definitely some foul play involved as I personally know so many other creators who make jokes that are much more inappropriate/offending, yet I am the only person that has faced a month ban. I am not here today to drag any other content creators down with me or throw anyone under the bus, what I’m asking for is a fair treatment just like the others because apparently I don’t get a warning while all the others do. Furthermore, I know for a fact that if my channel was one of the huge channels making a massive impact right now, I would not be facing a single consequence (not gonna name drop people but this proves the bias route). Lastly, I’d like to kindly request you guys to not spread any hate/personal attacks to especially the community managers. Community managers are only bridges between us, the community and the devs and it’s been clear that holding that position for a long time eventually takes a toll on the CMs as we’ve had over 6 of them just in the last couple years and it also shows how little the devs care about fanbase feedback (since they have community managers who can take all the blame so they have no reason to care abt anyone or anything). This is only my theory so please don’t quote me on this but I’d like to once again reiterate that I’m not taking an innocent stance on this matter. SURE, as a CC I should not be making inappropriate jokes to my audience, however, the bar has been low for years and it’s been clear that this is bigger than just Eragon and “his inappropriate jokes”. This is about fair treatment, EITHER ban the other creators who have also used similar jokes, OR give me a warning just like the other creators have been given as well. With that being said, thank you so much for your time. Going to sleep now but I’d like to see some feedback when I wake up!

@TeamYouTube Let me describe the short. The short includes a kid holding his nose for mrbeast, and a bottom video of a guy all red mimicking the kid who's holding his breath. I believe YouTube has misinterpreted the meme about "holding breaths of mrbeast" to sexualization of a minor.
