In my experience, such an important issue to highlight @prepyourrep as it can lead to feelings of “less than” in an already competitive industry. Whatever the reasons for the commentsthe damage done is lasting & I see so many coming into therapy with @IndustryMindsUK as a result

Pretty horrified by some of the conversations that are being had at colleges with students and between certain agents and students. Being told it’s probably because your accent is too strong & you’re not British that you’re probably not being seen or getting in the room.
