@Ri58995851 Adding extra Profiles is not something we do. Just remember though, a profile can be changed after 30 days (at which point it will be locked again for 30 days).

@ps4savewizard Guys quick question, if I wanted to add another profile to my account can I just pay the difference or do I have to buy whole new account

@NickRusso226091 Support may take a few days to reply. That message indicates there is something wrong with that save. If it's from a known account (eg a friend) ask them to check it works. If it's from a website then you'd need to find out if anyone else has had issues.

@ps4savewizard I can’t get the app to work. I’ve tried another PC, different USB drives, restarting, etc. I’m trying to resign a save on the app and I keep getting this error message. I tried contacting support but no one gets back to me.

Quick update for the Yakuza Kiwami 3 part... Updated all existing content which should resolve an issue some have experienced. Also added: - Max Yen - Morning Glory Orphanage - Max Casino Chips - Max Golf Points - Max Pool Points - Max Shogi Points - Max Wooden Tags

@reckykao I would try a non-modded one and see if that works. If it doesn't, it would be REALLY useful if you could send the pre-modded save and which mods you tried so we can try and replicate it :)

@ps4savewizard I did use a non-corrupted save, but it didn't work. Unless you meant a totally unmodded one.

@reckykao Have you tried restoring your save from before you applied the mods and then applying them to see if that resolves it? If you're applying these to a save where the mods didn't work before, it won't fix it :(

@ps4savewizard The HP issue still isn't fixed, and the Shogi and Pool points aren't showing up right. I've sent over my save data to Support.

@chocolatefish10 You need to contact support via the website and provide them with as much information as you can so that we can look into it...

@ps4savewizard Only Max All current Items In item Box is used and it is not reflected. If you use Max All current Items In Inventory, Max All current Items In item Box is also reflected.

@ps4savewizard It sucks that the latest games in series like Silent Hill, Yakuza, Resident Evil, Project Zero, etc. are only being released for PlayStation 5, leaving us unable to modify save files with SaveWizard.

@shugoo7 Is this a PS5? If so, PS5 seems to have USB issues which are beyond our control. Just for reference, we and others have seen this happen by simply copying a save to the USB, removing it, putting it back in and the PS5 reports as corrupt.
