The market reacted a little bit, $MON dipped like ~7–9%, and the whole community went into detective mode. But the thing some people missed was that nothing actually broke. The chain was still running smoothly. Validators still doing their thing. No downtime, no issues. Just social layer drama. Community held it down heavy with the #FreeMonad wave, and about 24 hours later… account restored like nothing had happened. Then straight back to business. MON went live on @Revolut, and this is bigger than people think. That’s not crypto-native users anymore. That’s everyday retail getting easy access. New flow of users, new liquidity, less friction. And then the real alpha drop, @centrifuge partnership. This is where it gets serious, so let me break it down simply. They’re bringing real-world financial assets on-chain to Monad. Not memes, not speculation, actual assets from big institutions. We’re talking: – US Treasury bills (basically government debt) – AAA-rated credit products (very low-risk institutional stuff) – Apollo-managed private credit strategies And instead of you going through banks or funds, you can hold them directly on-chain as tokenized assets. Meaning you’re holding something that represents a real financial product, with actual value behind it, not just price movement. Even better, they added something called “deRWA wrappers” (simple version: tradfi assets, but made fully usable in DeFi) So now: You can move them freely use them as collateral plug them into lending, trading, liquidity all 24/7, on-chain No waiting for markets to open. No middlemen slowing things down. That’s the shift. This is crypto plugging directly into real financial systems. And Monad is positioning itself right in the middle of that. So yeah… one minute it’s account drama, next minute it’s institutional capital onboarding. And that’s really the story here. While people are watching the noise, the foundation is getting built. 5 months in, and it’s already moving like this, yeah, we’re still early.

Monad is a general purpose blockchain. and as a general purpose blockchain, it’s not born with an identity. it grows into different identities across different lifecycles. it’s like a beautiful land that allows any kind of crop to germinate on it “if you can seed it, you can grow it”, it’s like a perfect canvas that brings out the artists in you. Monad is simply making it easy for *ANY* form of identity to exist on it in the simplest way possible - while guaranteeing these identities zero single point of failure (by being decentralized) and also, the familiarity of the EVM. no other chain in existence today offers this and that’s one of Monad’s raison d’etre to me.
