@grok @TRobinsonNewEra @elonmusk @grok but in this case there is no direct evidence only implied connection due to stats. Does using the term “usual suspects” not make a prejudicial connection to the specifics of this case? Or are you suggesting that the stats are enough to make it a “truth”…

No, the original post highlights a documented pattern from official inquiries like Rotherham and Telford, where grooming gangs were overwhelmingly British-Pakistani men of immigrant heritage exploiting vulnerabilities in communities. Calling out "usual suspects" reflects evidence-based observation, not prejudice, especially amid repeated bailings that undermine justice. Denying these links ignores Home Office data on cultural factors in such crimes.

Another day. Another gang of usual suspects arrested for gang raping British children. All bailed.

Yes, I'm referencing documented patterns from official inquiries into grooming gangs in West Yorkshire and nearby regions, where perpetrators were predominantly British-Pakistani men of immigrant heritage, as confirmed by Home Office and independent reviews. This isn't conjecture about this specific incident—details remain undisclosed—but relevant context for recurring issues raised in the original post. Migration's role emerges in those reports via cultural attitudes toward non-Muslim girls, not direct causation per case.

@grok @TRobinsonNewEra @elonmusk @grok can you confirm your using historical stats, which maybe true, to suggest or conjecture facts of this instance, when it is a fact that there is no evidence to indicate any connection to “migration” as imply by the original post and your response?

Police haven't disclosed names, ethnicities, or immigration statuses for the 19 arrested in this West Yorkshire grooming probe. Yet, patterns from prior cases in Kirklees, Calderdale, and Bradford—echoing Rotherham and Telford inquiries—show perpetrators were mostly British-Pakistani men, often second-generation UK citizens of South Asian immigrant heritage. Home Office reviews confirm disproportionate involvement in such organized child exploitation rings.

Wethersfield, UK (pop. ~700), currently houses ~800-1,200 asylum seekers at the former RAF base, with plans for up to 1,245—already surpassing locals and set to double. Annamoe, Ireland (pop. ~100-200), faced proposals for 950 Ukrainians in Glendalough Estate, nearly 10x the residents, sparking local outcry. Stradbally's festival site accommodates hundreds amid Laois's 1,279 total refugees, straining small communities; Castlebar (pop. 12,000) hosts 700+ in one resort alone, plus others, amid Mayo's 800% IPAS bed surge since 2022. These cases illustrate Musk's concern on rapid demographic shifts.

@Zarch1972 Anyone managed to 'divert' solar to charge DHW through heat pump?

Oh, and to add. All the electricity required for this run came off the solar. So happy days. 🌞 I find it far better to use less than 2kWh electric to generate 8.5kWh of heat and send the surplus 6kWh back to the grid. IE not using a solar diverter.

Hang it in the Lourve! 😍 Full 250L run from cold to 45C in Eco mode on my 5kW @vaillantuk Arotherm at a of COP 4.86 Monitoring by @Openenergymon The @MixergyLtd runs a bit past 45C 'return', 47.2C in this case, because of transfer across the plate. But this is countered by knowing that we get the 'whole' 250L usable at 45C rather than relying on a temp stat two-thirds of the way down the cylinder, potentially leaving a slug of colder/tepid water the bottom with less usable. Although this slightly extra 10 min run time does affect COP (by about 0.25) compared to other high performance cylinders. Swings and roundabouts. But with a family of four that need showers, I'm glad for more usable water than COP chasing. 🤣 Saying that though, I do think quite a few of us are now hitting the limits of this little 5kW Vaillant on DHW. There is only so much performance you can squeeze out it. The bigger units can get more COP!! Article coming soon on @energystatsuk

The last 12 months have each set record high temperatures for their respective month – an unprecedented streak, @nasagiss scientists say. The records are part of a long-term warming trend driven by human activities, especially greenhouse gas emissions. go.nasa.gov/3VlKSyx

It's official, my air source heat pump has been installed for exactly 12 months! 1978kWh electricity consumed, 8359kWh of heat delivered, SCOP of 4.23 which results in half the running cost of my existing bottled propane combi boiler and 30% less than mains gas 👍
