@AMBRENCE2 Yea she got the part and she had the opportunity to become the best Jade ever, but she completely fumbled it. Why? Because she's not a real actress. She's selfish and only thinks about herself. The simplest wig would've made her the best Jade ever and she couldn't even do that.

@DiabolicalPock @djodjeee_ As someone who likes MK2021 and Cole Young, yeah, you're crazy. MK2 was everything the first one should've been hands down. It was a breakneck paced movie that felt more along the line on how modern NRS tell their stories. It felt right. Still love MK2021.

I really hope Raiden is better in MK2 He was such a nothing character in this film

Liu Kang should absolutely be the main character in the next Mortal Kombat movie. He was a definite highlight in Mortal Kombat 2. Not only has Ludi Lin proved that he has what it takes to lead but the story they seem to be telling definitely calls for Liu Kang to be the main star. Liu Kang is the main character of the franchise so his time is definitely due and I think they’re cooking up something special that we will all like. Liu Kang has always been my favorite. I’m hoping for the best and so far I haven’t been disappointed.

one of the many reasons this discourse about Jade and now tanya(again) is happening is because y’all hate seeing black characters, and more importantly y’all hate seeing black female characters be unambiguous. Y’all dont want them to have ethnic features, no textured hair-

@realOGfr you realize that throughout the games, many characters get may drastic design changes. that is not the same as comic books at all unless it’s an alternative universe.

I was honestly incredibly surprised by how VERY accurate the Mortal Kombat 2 portrayed Jade as a character and her story. It was so incredibly accurate to the original games story. Definitely the best Jade we’ve gotten. I want to see more from her. A huge highlight of the movie. It’s also not weird or a “chud thing” to say that there was absolutely no reason to have her be bald. Jade is known for her nice hairstyles (MKD default and alt) and we were told that there would be a “Good reason” to explain why she’s bald and that was never said in the movie. The MK2 movie as a whole went out of their way to improve on everything from the first and one of those aspects was character costumes. Pretty much everyone in MK2 compared to the first and the new characters looks a whole lot better and more accurate to the games so it really sticks out when one character blatantly doesn’t look like Jade. Why is it Jade that has this different and all the other females of MK in the movie look like how they do in the games? There’s just not a good reason. For MK3 we all know it would be better that she had her hair than not. I really really do like Jade in this movie, genuinely did her character way better than I expected and very accurate to her OG story. The actress is great. Where my critique is coming from is to express my view on how best to make this version of the character as great as she already is and even more.
