Guys, Ricochet is not going to get fired, IF (and I don't think that happens) Tony actually punishes Ricochet like that, he fucked himself People will rightfully bring up other examples were talents fucked up equally as bad or worse and ask why they didn't get punished, which Tony obviously won't answer.
