@QPR I can't actually think of a player who has improved, added something to their game, become a more rounded player etc if any some have regressed. If the model is buy/improve/sell then that's a worry because whatever the coaches/methodology people are doing is not working

@QPR 2 big questions need to be asked The resilience of this team makes no sense, some weeks it's in full display, other weeks we absolutely crumble, the lack of any consistency in it is a worry The second is where is the development?
