@rtralphy In 2018 a mate of mine had a big choice- my local footy club seniors in Geelong had made the GF, he is a lifelong Demon so he chose to pay top dollar to get to Perth Local team that were underdogs came back to win in the last quarter! Think of that when prelim 2028 is mentioned

For dummies: When tracks get overwatered the inside gets most of it AND naturally faster/firmer wider lanes have the irrigation go straight thru the profile & it creates bias So when Caulfield presents a track like that customers only have one reaction: 👇

A full transparent stewards enquiry should be held into what Caulfield served up today Why, how, what needs to be done to ensure all measures are taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again. And I’ve loudly & continuously praised it so GL calling me a bagger 🖕

Good in theory. They got it right for 12 months post the 2025 Orr stakes shambles as then CEO John Kanga acted like a professional who respects customers I assumed Caulfield wouldn’t present a toilet with the rail back to true but they have
