@Redrow In the process of selling my property on a Redrow development. Only issue holding up my sale is obtaining the FME1 Management Pack from Redrow/ Redrow's solicitors Gatleys. My solicitor has been trying to obtain this for the last 2 months still struggling. Any ideas?

We already know that feeding tubes don't help patietns with advanced dementia. This study shows higher mortality and readmission rates in patients who had feeding tubes. jamanetwork.com/journals/jaman…

Really interesting findings, I think this also highlight the importance of ReSPECT and having those reviews and conversations for patients under our care so patients values and wishes are captured.

@BeAwesomeBeAdam @Mike88881221 @HHFTnhs You are right Adam, guidance from the @ResusCouncilUK is that healthcare professionals require a registration PIN to a professional body in order to sign and amend ReSPECT plans or any other form of resuscitation notice. This is not me speaking on their behalf.

@Mike88881221 @HHFTnhs I thought Respect and DNACPR forms have to be signed by someone with a professional registration number. Previously PAs did not have this, now they do but very few are registered. Register is accountability on paper for your actions, and arguably not in your scope of practice.

What on earth is going on at @HHFTnhs!? Physician associates are allowed to sign ReSPECT/Do Not Resuscitate forms. Very concerning.

@EmergMedDr I've also noticed a big rise in this recently. I also commute on foot to work now, and the number of people running a red light because they are on technology is shocking, at least a daily event
