@secureparking. Stay away! Use others.Booked park from 6pm to 11 pm in car park that said 24 hours. Returned at 1045pm to find car park locked. Car stayed overnight cost 8x to get home and back next morning. No customer service. No one responded to complaint

@suenamisu can you please let me know the exact car park and date time you are trying to book and will investigate the issue. Could be anything with so many car parks and products so really need specifics

@secureparking The app STILL does NOT work! Log on, select the carpark, put in the times, try to continue, and it goes back to the start. It’s driving me crazy. WHEN will it actually work???? #secureparking

@secureparking has got to be the least reputable, most blatantly disingenuous tenants on earth. I’m in the process of legal discovery exploring my rights against them for continual failure to pay their rent. This disgusting organisation needs to be held accountable. Lawyers? HMU

No weekend parking because of special events now with parks near Marvel because of their upgrades talk about bleeding people dry for a dollar that supprted you through covid when you were pleading for customers @secureparking

@secureparking - just wow - what a mess you’ve created with your new website. Everyone has to start again with a new account so existing bookings are gone! You can’t add a credit card as payment and you can’t book certain carparks anymore. Just wow - what a complete stuff up!

@KaPantherino Thanks for your feedback. You can add multiple Early Bird Parking to your 'cart' on the website or you can download the app and 'Quick Rebook' your favourites.

@secureparking yesterday at Howard Smith Wharves your parking system’s clock was 5 minutes fast resulting in additional charging. Your website doesn’t seem to have anywhere to lodge a claim

@secureparking is it your standard practice to take a booking at a car park near an event venue and then cancel that booking a few days out without an email or SMS? Just got to the Gabba car park & found out you cancelled my booking in late March so you can charge more! #AFL
