@shantalgreen @datliforeignbih @gofishh77 There's a difference when clean hands touching pre-cook food (kneading, basing, sprinkling etc) which R then handled by various kitchen tools once cooking (which kills germs) is completed.And then there's deli etc food handling, which is already cooked, going from hands to mouth

If I see them touch surfaces w/their gloved hand, I will ask them to change their gloves b4 making my sandwich etc. Actual chefs cooking a meal, I don't expect gloves, just clean hands.
