Ken Griffey Jr. tried to commit suicide at 17-years-old by swallowing 277 pills. He felt a lot of pressure to be a great baseball player while battling a rocky relationship with his father. Just goes to show that no matter who you are, no matter how star-crossed a life you seem to lead...you still exist inside your own head. And God only knows what's going on in there.

Caleb Ten Pas ran 4:08.00 in the New Balance Boston Junior International Mile yesterday. He has a absolute PR of 4:03.01 at HOKA last year. He will compete in the HS Boys Nike Inv. Mile at the Millrose Games next Sunday!

REPORT: Per @AlbertBreer the Pittsburgh #Steelers have kept a close eye on Rams DC Chris Shula pending departure from HC Mike Tomlin. Shula has been a name brought up for a few teams heading into the coaching cycle, Pittsburgh is now confirmed to be one of them. If hired, many have proposed Rams Pass Game Coordinator Nate Scheelhaase to become the teams next Offensive Coordinator.

The #Steelers coaching job is attractive for one reason, the proven patience of the organization. The roster, quarterback, overpriced defense, and unrealistic expectations (no one would’ve won a playoff game with this team) make this among the least desirable of the openings.
