ACT NOW: Put pressure on your TDs to vote against Ireland opting in to the new EU Migration and Asylum Pact. Minister Helen McEntee will this week seek agreement from government ministers for the country to sign up to the EU’s Migration and Asylum Pact.
Ireland and Denmark are the only EU countries that have the legal right to opt-out of EU immigration policies under the Lisbon Treaty. There has been no national debate on whether Ireland should opt-in to the new Pact. Under Article 7.3 of our Constitution the State may exercise the opt-in provision to EU immigration policies if it is approved by both Houses of the Oireachtas.
The new Pact includes a "solidarity" Asylum and Migration Management Regulation (AMMR) whereby a minimum of 30,000 asylum seekers will be relocated across the EU per year from countries under "migration pressure". Each Member State will be responsible for accepting a quota of relocated asylum seekers based on population size and GDP, or pay €20,000 per asylum seeker applicant per annum. The Business Post has already confirmed that Ireland will be liable for more asylum seekers than most other European countries because our GDP is inflated with the presence of so many multinational corporations. The political establishment are trying to sell the new Pact to the Irish people by saying that Ireland will pay the fee of €20,000 per asylum seeker rather than accept additional applicants but we CANNOT trust these empty promises as they will do whatever they are ordered to do by their EU Paymasters. In any event, why would the Irish taxpayer pay any sum to the EU under the new PACT when we have no legal obligation to do so? We have already witnessed how they lied, concealed vital information and manipulated the Irish people to try to secure a yes vote in the Referendum, which spectacularly failed. Do NOT trust them now to serve our interests.
Our country is at breaking point and we have the highest ever recorded figures of homelessness. Denmark has exercised its right to opt out of EU immigration policies to protect social cohesion and so the government can look after its people. Denmark recorded the lowest ever level of asylum seeker applicants in 2022 whereas Ireland recorded the HIGHEST. Denmark is subject to the same international refugee laws as Ireland. Denmark has opted out of EU immigration policies because it cares about its people.
The EU relocation quotas will be in addition to the already massive influx of asylum seeker applicants into Ireland under the International Protection Act (IPA).
There is no rational, logical or justifiable reason why the State would voluntarily opt-in to a relocation pact that will place even further burden on our country.
The new Pact is a direct attack on Article 6(1) of our Constitution as the State will surrender even more Sovereignty to the EU, who will dictate the quota of relocated asylum seeker applicants Ireland must receive.
Contact your TDs today to DEMAND that they vote against Ireland opting in to the new EU Migration and Asylum Pact. Let them know that the people are watching. We must also continue to push for a Referendum on immigration as we cannot trust the corrupt political establishment to safeguard and protect our country, borders and the Irish people.

IMPORTANT : Please read, comment and most importantly share.
We have defeated the referendum, the next focus is the proposed hate speech laws.
Our Justice Minister Helen McEntee has claimed many times on social media and MSM that the majority of the Irish people support the proposed changes to the law.
I think after the majority no vote on Friday the ability of the government to read the people and to understand the wishes of the electorate is lost, The government had themselves convinced that it was a slam dunk which it was not.
I have a plan for the hate speech laws as it seems the only way they listen is by putting the facts in front of them.
I am wondering if there would be an appetite to show this once and for all.
Here is my plan but the bad news it is going to cost everyone €9.60, and you will need an envelope and a printer.
I propose we all sent a registered letter to Minister Helen McEntee outlining that we do not support the new bill we are adverse to the Dáil passing it as there is a legal framework under the
Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997 revised and updated on the 1st of November 2023.
I propose to produce a letter that is circulated that one signs and that it is sent Via registered "tracked" post to the Minister,
I will set up a website where one can register Initials or even your dog's name, but more importantly the tracking number and date sent on a form which is logged to a database, and then We can then set up a script which will pull the POD's as the letters are delivered this will not track the person sending the letter in any way, but we can publicly display a dashboard as to how many letters have been sent and delivered because they will have to be signed for that cannot be refuted
If the same amount of letters were sent and logged as those who voted no, it would send a message that the majority of the public is not ok with these new laws.
Is anyone up for this ?
The current laws and amended recently
Electronic communications and harassment are covered under this act and if applied can be used to negate any untoward advances towards a person.
I think it's noteworthy that the acts have been amended and
Acts which affect or previously affected this revision
• Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2023 (24/2023)
• Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Act 2020 (32/2020)
• Children First Act 2015 (36/2015)
• Criminal Law (Defence and the Dwelling) Act 2011 (35/2011)
• Civil Partnership and Certain Rights and Obligations of Cohabitants Act 2010 (24/2010)
• Fines Act 2010 (8/2010)
• Criminal Justice (Safety of United Nations Workers) Act 2000 (16/2000)
All Acts up to and including
Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023 (28/2023), enacted 31 October 2023, were considered in the preparation of this revision.

HAS MACAULAY CULKIN BEEN WARNING US ABOUT PIZZAGATE FOR YEARS LIKE JUSTIN BIEBER POTENTIALLY HAS?
Let’s review.
Macaulay Culkin has revealed that his father was "physically and mentally" abusive and that he was "jealous" of what he had achieved at such a young age.
In 2014, Culkin quit acting and stayed out of the public eye for years.
When Culkin was 15-years-old, he sued his parents for $13 million and had them removed as his legal guardians which left them with no control over his career or money.
In 2014, Culkin formed a rock band called The Pizza Underground. He’s repeatedly used pedophile code and symbolism such as pizza and bunnies (traffickers) in his art and via social media posts including years before it was widely exposed pizza is a confirmed pedophile code. Also, he had a podcast called The Bunny Ears. Was this his way of exposing Pizzagate?
He’s always maintained that Michael Jackson never sexually abused him. However, in 2019 he made pedophile accusations & other bold allegations against Hollywood elites as he live tweeted during the Oscars.
- He tweeted: Rami Malek eats babies. There, I said it.
Link: x.com/incredibleculk…
- He also tweeted: If Bohemian Rhapsody wins Best Picture it won’t be the first time an alleged sex offender directed a Best Picture.
Link: x.com/incredibleculk…
This tweet was in reference to Bryan Singer who has been accused of allegedly molesting several children. Last year it was reported that Singer has been hiding out in Israel.
- In another tweet, he wrote: Just statistically speaking, there are at like at least 14 secret rapists in that room right now. And 6 secret DJs.
Link: x.com/incredibleculk…
The sad reality is that most child stars are sexually abused. Sadly, his parents clearly did not seem to have his best interest at heart nor did it appear that they protected him. If he was abused by Hollywood child sex predators, it make sense why he left Hollywood and would be determined to expose entertainment industry pedophiles. Also, the fact he’s called out other alleged child sex predators; yet, continues to defend Michael Jackson could be because Jackson was trying to help and protect him.
I have zero doubt Jackson knew about these Hollywood pedophile monsters, and did what he could to help young, vulnerable Hollywood stars like Culkin. This would explain at least one of the main reasons why the real elite pedophiles & their cabal despised Jackson and were intent on destroying him in every way possible!
