Proud to share this. South Gower has been a big part of my life for the last 10 years — coaching through the minis, juniors and youth with my boys George and Will. This club shows what grassroots rugby is all about. Volunteers, families and players building something special together. Three Ospreys Cups.

Three back-to-back senior promotions. My role as Director of Rugby is simply to help strengthen the pathway — supporting coaches and developing players from minis right through to the 1st XV. Whether someone wants to play for South Gower for life or chase professional and international rugby, this club should be a place where both dreams can grow.
