can i be a nerd for a second and say i think it's so cool that the members were wearing norigae today??? it's a traditional accessory that only women wore in the joseon dynasty and i'm just geeking out over it because it actually really suits the theme of dreamcatcher well because 1) the original title is in hanja (靑天乙) which they used more prominently in joseon dynasty before hangul was created it is read as 청천을 which means bird of the blue sky; as giuk intended the song's message to be "may you widen the nest in my heart and make a home inside of me" 2) giuk wrote dreamcatcher with the joseon dynasty in mind that's why there's lyrics like "한양을 넘어 당신만을 사랑해" (beyond hanyang, i'll love only you) — hanyang is what seoul was called in the joseon dynasty 3) because of the name and lyrics i always felt like there was an element of time slip/time travel in the song; like the main character of the song time travelled to hanyang and fell in love, and only managed to bring back the norigae of their love to the future?? anyway!!! i just love when traditional korean fashion is used in modern fashion PLUS with a little element of genderbending eeee😭
