Spider-Man: Betond the Spider-Verse promises to go places it has never gone before. Footage is playing in the 1.43 aspect ratio as they’re making the movie formatted for PLF. Context is picking up where the last movie left off and Miles is looking for allies, even having to face himself. “Welcome to the final chapter of Miles story.” Footage description ⬇️⬇️ Miles says, “There’s no Spider-Man here,” before getting captured by Prowler from the other dimension. It’s picking up right in that final scene. Uncle Aaron tells him he’s not the Prowler before alternate Miles enters. “Who are you?” “I’m Miles Morales… but you? You can call me the Prowler.” Miles tells him he needs to let him go. “Why would I do that? Tell me… who are you?” “I’m Miles Morales.” They break into a funny banter about how to pronounce Morales and who they are. Our Miles explains canon events and that his dad is going to die and needs to go. He tells him about different canon events and about Spider-Man. Aaron thinks the concept is ridiculous. Miles starts glitching and everyone backs up. Our Miles says, “I don’t want to hurt you….you know what they say, don’t watch the mouth, watch the hands.” We get a “one last time” montage of unfinished footage. A car jumps a draw bridge, Miles fights with the sandbag tied to his back. “You always gotta make a choice, Miles, or the choice makes you.” Peter B, Spider-Ham, and Gwen seems to be primed for a fight. Punk questions Miles thinking he could take down Miguel’s whole gang. The screen is vertically split by different universes and different Spider-characters at the bottom of the panels looking at their cities June 18, 2027 can’t get hear soon enough. #CinemaCon

Spider-Man Beyond the Spider-verse footage was shown exclusively to CinemaCon attendees The scene picks up right where the second film left off, with Miles stranded in the Earth-42 dimension The scene is in the 1:43:1 aspect ratio Earth-42 Prowler Morales mocks 1610 Morales for not saying "Morales" with a proper accent. Miles tries to explain to Prowler Miles and Earth-42 Aaron what canon events are, and how his dad in the other dimension might die. Since Prowler Miles had accidentally electrified Miles, Miles says, "don't watch the mouth, watch the hands" and uses the charge to release his chains. We also see his skeleton ignite in the zap. Followed by an intense montage that showed all the returning characters from Across the Spiderverse, and an epic battle against the Spot and Miguel O'Hara. KINGPIN also made an appearance in this montage. 👀 Coming June 18, 2027
