@mmpadellan Poor people get thrown in jail for petty crimes all the time. Politicians campaign on this fact every four years then fail to take action. Equal application of gun laws, regardless of class, status or race should be something a just society should strive for, in my opinion.

FOR THE RECORD: Almost nobody gets prosecuted for the gun charges that they indicted Hunter Biden on, just because his Dad is POTUS. But I guarantee you that you won't hear President Biden screaming "Witch Hunt!"

@ACTBrigitte She climbed through a smashed window to get into a secure area of the Capitol building during a failed coup attempt while a federal officer pointed a gun at her and warned repeatedly her she would be shot if she didn’t stand back. It’s sad and tragic, maybe they should sue Trump.

@sadgirlbrina And whether or not a patient chooses to try out those recommendations, should be up to them. People are burnt out, busy, depressed, and exhausted. If they need to use insulin and choose to do nothing else about it, they don’t need to be shamed. Insulin should be free. Period.

@sadgirlbrina There should more detailed diagnostics to tell patients how long they’ve likely had it, what the cause is, how much c-peptide they’re currently producing, and then based on those factors, tell them if remission is likely with particular lifestyle interventions.

PSA from a type 1 diabetic that has a lot of type 2 family: this isn’t necessarily true and it’s a lot harder for non insulin dependent types of diabetes to go into remission
