That is a stupid response. He could have just turned around and left. He was being asked to leave. He was not being held there against his will. He chose to stay and stab someone. He deserves severe punishment. There is no justification for what he did. None of the witness testimony indicates he was being violently physically assualted.

You don't get to stab people who bully you. I was bullied and got into fights with two of those bullies. Neither time was deadly force utilized. In both cases I was punished by school officials and both I and the bully went home in one piece. I would not have been justified killing my bullies.
