Welcome to the other side where files work for you. Try it today: thedrive.ai Good luck to our friends at @OpenAI GPT-5 release as well!

Meet @thedriveAI, the world's first agentic workspace. Humans spend hours dealing with files: creating, sharing, writing, analyzing, and organizing them. The Drive AI can handle all of these operations in just a few seconds — even while you're off-screen getting your coffee, on a morning jog, or during your evening workout. Just give The Drive AI agents a task, and step away from the screen! While you watch GPT-5 release, get your files to work: thedrive.ai

The "Inbox Zero" obsession is a lie that's costing you thousands of dollars in lost documents. Most business owners are essentially overpaid file clerks, manually downloading and renaming PDFs like it's 2005. If you aren't using AI to auto-fetch and organize your email attachments, you don't have a "workflow" - you have a hobby. We just launched a fix for @thedriveAI Connect your email. Let the AI find every past attachment, rename it, and file it before you even wake up. Stop playing librarian. Start running your business.

The Financial Risk of an Unorganized Inbox I was on a discovery call yesterday with a property manager who had a hidden leak in her business. It wasn’t a pipe - it was her shared billing inbox.

The wildest file name we’ve seen from an accounting firm so far: “FINAL_final_v7_USE_THIS_ONE_SERIOUSLY.pdf”. What’s the worst file name you’ve seen?

Most accounting firms are running $5M businesses on folder systems designed in 2006. Every tax season: - random file names - duplicate folders - "final_v4_real_final.pdf" We built @thedriveAI so files organize themselves. Because accountants shouldn’t be playing hide-and-seek with PDFs. thedrive.ai

The Drive AI file agents can create files, rename them, move them across folders, update permissions, and organize attachments from tools like Gmail or Outlook. As agents take on more operational work inside the file system, visibility becomes critical. Today, we are releasing a new File Activity view that shows the complete history of every file. Who uploaded it, whether it was created or edited by a user or an AI agent, how it entered the system, and when permissions changed. Every action is clearly attributed. For enterprise teams, this means auditability, accountability, and trust. Automation should never feel like a black box. If AI is operating inside your workspace, you should be able to see exactly what happened, when it happened, and who or what made it happen. Try it today: thedrive.ai

AI that answers questions about your files is cute. AI that moves, extracts, renames, deletes, and organizes them is useful. Try it today: thedrive.ai @thedriveAI

Today I needed to send Form 5472 to Apple for verification. The problem was that it was buried inside last year’s full tax filing, saved as one large PDF. Normally, that would mean uploading a sensitive document to some random website, clicking through multiple steps, selecting page ranges manually, and sometimes even paying just to export a new PDF. Not ideal when you are dealing with tax documents. Instead, I opened The Drive AI and simply asked it to extract Form 5472 into its own PDF. Within seconds, it found the form inside the document and generated a clean standalone file ready to send. No uploads to third party sites. No manual page hunting. No security anxiety. File operations should feel like giving instructions, not navigating tools.

We all know tools like @ChatGPTapp and @claudeai can create files now. But something big is still missing: context. Real work does not start from scratch. It depends on past files, images, and sheets scattered across your drive. That is why we built @thedriveAI.
