I was at Costco today, and this lady and I were looking at steaks. She says “I love ribeyes but the cost has increased too much”… honestly I feel the same. I buy “steaks” in bulk, cut them up, freeze them. I get more out of it. But it’s insane, the price of beef is getting unaffordable. Everything is unaffordable.

@cowbroker Packers have been pretty cautious of buying 1800# or heavier cattle since Tyson closed in November. I’m all for carcass wrights going down but feeder cattle prices also will need to be adjusted significantly lower as brrajebrns will go up.

@schrieferranch Agree. My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Wynn last year. Just spent the days poolside & each evening eating at various in hotel restaurants. Only time we left hotel was for Shania concert one night. That is the only way I’d do Vegas again.
