@brainrot_boy Honestly I don’t really care about macros like I’ll eat a protein bar and limit carbs where I can but other than that im just looking at the cals per serving and if I think it’s worth it I get it 😭

Sometimes people on here think they’re talking to someone with anorexia or bulimia but really they’re talking to someone with orthorexia which is why they start getting scared when any macro other than protein is mentioned

One of the hardest pills to swallow is that you really cannot rush weight loss. No matter how much you restrict or work out it’s all a process that takes time and there’s no way to speed it up and it really sucks 😭😭😭😭
