@tkoshy 90% freshly made. I eat Indian food 5 days a week, so noticed that basmati rice doesnt spike that much, its the jasmine rice that's the issue.

CGM Day 14. Those peaks above 200 are wild. Happens when I eat rice and then sit down for prolonged periods watching the Americans, Israel, and Iran bomb each other. Those peaks can only be avoided if I go for walks within 15 minutes after food. I’ve been avoiding rice more (sad)
