Exciting news for tModLoader! As the progress on updating TML to 1.4 continues, we are having another person join the ranks. Mirsario will be joining the core contribution team, working on updating and improving tModLoader!

@CutieMonica @IsaacTayy We understand your frustration. It is however extremely difficult to give a concrete "x%" of things are done, that is because the schedule for our 1.4 update constantly changes. There simply is no tangible way to do so, right now.

@CutieMonica Our development is truly transparent and you can view every commit on our Github. We have daily collaboration discussions on our Discord that everyone can view. There is still no expected release date; it simply is a rather large update we're working on.

The corona pandemic has got a grip on everyone all over the world. Please be mindful of the fact that everyone's mood is elevated, be kind to one another. From the TML Team we wish you happy days and a pleasant end of the year despite the impact of the pandemic.

We do not tweet if there is no news, so in someway this tweet shouldn't exist. However, we are still working on TML for 1.4! We won't be in time for the next Terraria update, but trust us when we say it's worth the wait! :) Are you excited about modding coming to 1.4?

PSA: If you are a GOG player and wish you use TML, you may have to downgrade one or two versions for it to work! Also thanks everyone for your continued support! Stay tuned...

@JWollaby You can try holding left-shift before it starts loading (will skip loading mods) or go to your mods folder and remove the enabled.json file. There likely is a mod causing load issues, you'll have to find which one it is.

@InfernocatMusic Cloud is a bit buggy, try taking them off cloud. Otherwise it could be many issues, we have the issue sometimes ourselves too. You can try disabling some mods, check if you are portforwarded, anti-virus isn't blocking the process etc.

TML v0.11.7.4 is out! Many bugfixes since v0.11.7 Also to clarify the update note: "This update supports Terraria v1.4.0.4 manual installation and GOG." This does NOT mean TML is v1.4 like vanilla, it means it supports installation alongside that vanilla version!

@MobileTerrarian That is very unlikely for now.

@tmodloader_devs are tmod loader going to mobile?

Kind reminder that 1.4 saves are NOT support in TML yet due to how 1.4 Terraria changes saves. If you attempt to migrate them now they will break or disappear! We have added a check in the next update that stops you from migrating 1.4 saves. Happy modding!

@LiamYeo It's best not to install into the Terraria dir, read the README file for manual install. Best is a tModLoader folder alongside Terraria.

#tmodloader @tmodloader_devs I have no idea where to post issues for this. I downloaded the update and added the files to Terraria and this happened when I press single player. and no mod menu is on the title screen...

TML has been downloaded over 700.000 times on Steam already! And that in a week's time! A bit over 500.000 of you have already played TML on steam. A week in, we are still the #1 trending new game on Steam. Thanks everyone so much! <3

We deployed a hotfix that fixed the Mac issues on Steam. Hopefully we can fix GoG installations next.
