The Ottoman slave trade lasted longer, took more people and was far more brutal than the Atlantic slave trade, yet nobody comes to Turkey for reparations. Why? @MindBulletts @BlurCrypto i'm all for the "nootropics" but according to Andrew Huberman Ashwaganda might actually reduce testosterone levels. even tho it seems to be popular in the biohacker community. For me it seemed to have a nootropic effect at least.
