VPSSERVER is the worst provider I have ever used. Because their service was so poor, I canceled my reserved server a year ago, but they still send me bills for the prepaid server that I already canceled. @vpsservercom

Catastrophic failure on @vpsservercom in Tokyo servers for over 9 hours. No notice, no response, no incident report. Have spent thousands of dollars with this company. Extremely disappointed. Stay away.

While my server is idle, not processing any programs or receiving/making requests, VPSSERVER continues to charge me for their background operations, occasionally sending urgent emails to inform me that the CPU usage has exceeded the limit.😓 @vpsservercom
