“hello?” being the first thing the main character in The Quiet Earth says really struck me, i don’t know why! it also sets up the film really well.

📺 The Quiet Earth (19th march) genuinely a wonderful film! some might find it slow pace bcus of the theme, but i really enjoyed it. the main character’s slow decent into madness, acceptance and then discovering two other humans. ⤷ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/2

📺 The Quake (2018) (30th jan) ⤷ ★ ★ ★ 1/2 ☆ this would be 4 stars but it dragged a bit until the last 50 mins, the actual start of the earthquake part of it. but the action here was INCREDIBLE! 10/10 suspension too!
