Happy Haitian Heritage Month! We honor the strength, culture, and resilience of the Haitian people and their contributions across public service, advocacy, and community leadership. I am proud to represent one of the largest Haitian populations in the country. Haitian Americans like Mia Love, Farah N. Louis, and Jean-Robert Lafortune have broken barriers, fought for families, and strengthened communities across the nation. Their legacy continues to make our community stronger every day.

But there still is a percentage of you who do commit violent crimes against them, which is still bad, you trying to overshadow it by there being so many black American men doesn't change the fact there is still a problem that needs to be fixed.....
