@jabo_vancouver I’m not sure keeping Rutherford and the same operations people will change a whole lot. Alvin didn’t make those bad decisions by himself in a vacuum. So question in my head is: Why is Rutherford sticking around still? He is to blame for this year’s fiasco as much as anyone else🤷🏽‍♂️
