My position on Kanye is whilst I think he was and is very mentally ill, he went way too far and has yet to sufficiently make amends or take accountability. With that said, the whole furore is exposing the hypocrisy and hierarchising of whose pain matters.

Tucker, sadly, will win over many disenchanted voters with this. Meanwhile, Democratic leaders and donors have spent two weeks blasting Hasan Piker and Abdul El-Sayed, and before that, they did everything to destroy Mamdani. Oh, they also support Israel's genocide. Awesome.

The disgust itself can be exhausting. We need to build power- Starting w a mass militant radical labor mvmnt that uses withholding of labor 2 shut down whole industries, whole economies & dictate what happens next. We need radical parties to grow that into a revolutionary mvmnt.
