🪑 Sitting for too long during work hours can take a toll on your health, whether you work remotely or in an office. Prolonged sitting may contribute to back pain, neck stiffness, poor posture, reduced circulation, fatigue, and an increased risk of certain chronic health conditions. Try to stand up, stretch, or take a short walk every 30–60 minutes. Small movement breaks throughout the day can help improve comfort, focus, and overall well-being. Your body was designed to move. Make movement part of your workday. A quick stretch today can save you a lot of discomfort tomorrow.

@DocNkem Just as a stagnant river loses its freshness, a body deprived of movement gradually loses its strength. Success at work shouldn't come at the expense of your health. Move often, stretch regularly, and invest in the body that carries your purpose every day.
