May I make a suggestion? Instead of this kind of ad, educate the public on rules of the road. For example: A flashing yellow light means "slow down but proceed with caution," not "treat as a four way stop". Also, it is illegal to change lanes in an intersection. It is against the law for two motorcycles to ride side-by-side in the same lane. These are things that impact everyone rather than the one person who decides to not buckle up.
