Applied Construction Solutions, of Bridgeport, WV was acknowledged for excellence in Safety performance at the national Excellence in Construction Awards in Kissimmee, FL last week. Some of the highest honors given in safety among a pool of 23,000 members nationally.

The Biden administration has declared a stop to new approvals of liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports. Today, we are standing up for WV's fossil fuel industry against this federal overreach. We will continue to challenge President Biden until this ridiculous behavior ends. #YesWV

The 27th Annual Winter meeting of the Associated Builders & Contractors of WV ended last night after a full weekend of productive discussion, networking & presentations.

The new NLRB fines provision in the BBB is vague and nearly impossible for small employers without labor lawyers on retainer to comply with. It is a certain job killer and will force many small businesses to close up shop. @Sen_JoeManchin #WVPol

The BBB Act would allow the NLRB to impose new fines of up to $100K on small employers per unfair labor practice charge. This overturns 85 years of precedent and turns the NLRA into a punitive law rather than a remedial law for the 1st time in history. @Sen_JoeManchin #WVPol
