Recently, several members of the #ARDOCFamily attended a training course, provided by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), to help recognize and respond to opioid overdoses using Naloxone (Narcan).

In honor of today being #NationalPuppyDay, we wanted to celebrate by featuring the pups in the Arkansas Paws in Prison Program. Head over to their Facebook page to learn more about this amazing program and to see all the pups looking for their forever homes.

A new mural at the Mary L. Parker-Reed Women's Health Unit has been completed by artists from the McPherson Unit. Each heart will be filled with the names of the babies born to mothers housed at the unit.
