How much money has feds and provincial govs spent on public safety enforcement and all the required new vehicles etc to support them vs nurses and support staff for healthcare services ?

The money our country and province blows on NOTHING yet there is never money for healthcare or proper facility upgrades to ensure safety . This is absolutely pathetic.
