ℹ️ Supporters are advised that if you are attempting to purchase a ticket for someone who has recently changed age, you will be able to 'Edit Tickets' within your basket. This will direct you to the seating plan, which will allow you to amend the ticket to the correct price class by selecting the drop down menu. 📖 The club's matchday programme for tonight's UEFA Europa League match against LOSC Lille is packed with great content for supporters to enjoy. Supporters can read the News & Record in two ways: by purchasing a physical copy at the stadium or online here or by downloading a digital version via the Aston Villa Official Programme app. App Store - apps.apple.com/gb/app/aston-v… Google Play - play.google.com/store/apps/det… The digital version is available in a number of languages, and is the perfect way to read the programme if you can't make it to Villa Park. 📱 Supporters are reminded that tickets can be scanned from the Aston Villa app. Please note that the QR code will be active 3 hours before kick-off. The QR code will have a red line when active. #AVFC

If you have saved your ticket to your app by clicking on it before the game, then you will be able to open the app with no internet connection. If there is limited connectivity, then the app will try to open for 10 seconds before defaulting to offline mode - in this mode you will still be able to access your ticket as long as you've previously saved it to your app. If you face issues with the app or your ticket not opening fully at the turnstile, connect to the free stadium Wi-Fi and you will be able to access your ticket. #AVFC

Supporters are advised if you have previously accessed your ticket in the app, your ticket will remain stored on your device even when you are offline. If you haven't previously accessed your ticket and don't have signal, you'll need to move to an area with better reception to download it. We strongly recommend downloading your ticket in advance. #AVFC

Supporters are advised of the App Sharing function which will allow you to access multiple tickets within the app. You can set up a new App Sharing relationship in friends and family. Your child/dependant’s tickets will then automatically appear on your device too. Please note should your account be in a strong relationship with a child under 16, their tickets will automatically appear in the adults app without altering your relationship to App Sharing. To set up this relationship, login to the ticketing website tickets.avfc.co.uk and hover over your initial in the top right corner. From here, you will need to select Friends & Family from the menu that appears. If you are editing an existing relationship, click on the 3 dots next to your child/dependent and select Edit Relationship. From here, the relationship type should then be changed to App Sharing. Please note, you can only have up to a maximum of 8 supporters linked to your profile with an App Sharing relationship type. This new relationship type should only be used with trusted people, those whom you set up the relationship with have full control of your ticket. They can forward or resell your ticket. #AVFC

How to use tickets on matchday - App ticket When you arrive at the stadium, access your ticket via the official Aston Villa app and hold your phone, screen facing towards the reader, against the barcode scanner at the bottom of the turnstile reader. Please note, each ticket is single-use and cannot be transferred after entering the stadium. NFC ticket When you arrive at the stadium, access your ticket via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and hold your phone, screen facing towards you, against the contactless reader at the top of the turnstile reader. Please make sure your phone isn't locked when you hold it against the reader, if you have any problems, you may just need unlock your phone and try again. Please note, each ticket is single-use and cannot be transferred after entering the stadium. #AVFC

🚨 If you are unable to download your LOSC Lille ticket to your mobile wallet via the Aston Villa app, it is advised for you to update the app by deleting and re-download this on your device. #AVFC

Ahead of tonight's UEFA Europa League match against LOSC Lille at Villa Park, the club would like to advise supporters of the following ticketing information to ensure everyone enjoys their visit to our stadium. Fans will need to provide one of the two specified ticket types to gain entry to the stadium - access tickets in our official Aston Villa mobile app or download to Apple / Google Wallet for NFC entry. #AVFC

Prior to tonight's UEFA Europa League match against LOSC Lille, supporters are advised to remove any expired passes from your Apple / Google Wallet before adding tonight's ticket to your wallet. #AVFC
