Drop Jump vs. Depth Jump
2 countermovement jump variations here, 2 different goals
Drop: Stiffer at contact to build qualities of stiffness in conjunction w/ power output
Depth: More flexion at contact. Goal is to allow full jump load & use depth jump to build kinetic energy
