@AudiUK in Apr I took delivery of an eTronGT from Audi Belfast. Unf the air-con has developed fault & not producing ANY heat. Told next available slot was in 3 WKS! at 8.15 on a Mon morning. Asked about courtesy car & told none available until FEB 2023!! Not good enough Audi.

Grant rejection days are weird, I learned today. You push forward, keep going (that's life!), joke about it (true academic now, after my first rejection!) but all is covered by a weird sadness "blanket". No drama, business as usual, just quiet sadness. Moving on. #newPI
