On July 16, we held our first Choose to Move meeting in Spanish. This is our fourth language program in the community, alongside Punjabi, Persian, and Mandarin. Thank you to our partners for helping make healthy aging more inclusive for all!

On June 24, our team joined BCRPA’s Aging Forward event in Vancouver. We shared insights on our Choose to Move program, helped facilitate group discussions, and connected with the community. Thank you to BCRPA for hosting and inviting us!

Did you know the Active Aging Society’s Choose to Move program is offered in multiple languages? On April 26, we wrapped up our first Farsi program. We've also adapted it for Punjabi and Chinese-speaking communities, helping more older adults stay active and connected.

On April 8, our team member Giulia Coletta attended the @ILSI_Global Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., where she joined a symposium and roundtable on recognizing sarcopenia as a clinical disease. The talk highlighted how nutrition and physical activity support healthy aging.
