I don't know about Red. Personally for me, she just dyed her hair red. So i wouldn't consider her as a ginger. After all, she was kidnapped by Cartman and a bunch of gingers.

i think cartman hating gingers makes sense giving both his dad who abandoned him and scott who bullied him were ones themselves, giving how eric seems to be paranoid and understand things the wrong way, still is funny that when it comes to kyle, he's the only "daywalker" he hates
