This atrocity happened during the last few days of my final placement as a student teacher in Glasgow. For thirty years, if I have ever struggled for motivation, I have thought about those poor children, their teacher and families. My thoughts and prayers are with them today. 🙏

At our schools we believe that our students learn respect, kindness and responsibility by being treated with respect and kindness and being given responsibility. If they need to go to the toilet during lesson time, they are allowed to go.
