Be very clear. You can already do this online, without their digital wallet. You can apply by post. You DO not need their digital wallet to apply for working family payment or any other social welfare benefit. Under the EU Regulation on the Digital Wallet the government CANNOT restrict access to public services to those who comply. Do NOT be fooled. Do NOT comply.
