Most people are still treating Gen AI like a chatbot. Ask a question Get an answer Move on That phase is already over. The real shift is happening somewhere else. Gen AI is becoming an execution layer, not just an information layer. Instead of asking for answers, we are now: Breaking problems into steps Letting models retrieve context Using tools to take actions Building systems that reason and iterate This is where things change. RAG is not just about better answers Agents are not just a buzzword Workflows are not just diagrams They are early versions of something bigger. Systems that can think, decide, and act with minimal supervision. And the gap is widening. People who are learning prompt engineering alone will struggle People who understand systems, data, and orchestration will lead If you are in tech, this is the time to go deeper. Not just how to use Gen AI But how to build with it Because the next wave is not about asking better questions, It is about building systems that do the work for you. DM to know more about my Gen AI Program!

🌿 When You Fix the Fuel, The Body Fixes Itself 🌿 His fasting and post-meal sugars started coming normal. So he did something bold. He cut his medicines to HALF. And still… blood glucose stayed perfectly normal. Pure vegetarian. No drastic changes. Just fixing the plate. Today? Even after Navratri prasad (4 poori + chole 😄) his post-meal sugar stayed normal. That is what insulin sensitivity looks like. Not magic. Just the right fuel. 👉 Power the body correctly, it responds correctly.

🌿 Diabetes Is Not Always Progressive. The Approach Is. 🌿 This is the diet chart he was told to follow: 200+ carbs 😱 5–6 meals a day 😱 Prescribed to a diabetic patient. Then we say diabetes is progressive. I changed just one thing: 3 meals a day, with small, manageable tweaks to the plate. No calorie counting. He is purely vegetarian. In just 3 days, both fasting and post-meal sugars almost normalised. After years of 120+ fasting and 190+ post-meal readings. Maybe the problem is not the patient 🙂 “Fix the plate, not the patient.”

Shashi Iyengar | Metabolic Health India®
A recent article in The South First highlights a worrying trend - South India may be “eating itself to death.” Data shows that states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh are spending up to one-third of their food budget on fast food and ultra-processed items. Food is culture. Food is identity. But today… food is becoming disease. South India is now spending heavily on fast food and processed foods - and paying the price with: Diabetes Obesity Fatty liver Metabolic syndrome Higher fast-food consumption → higher diabetes prevalence Urban Indians already spend ~26% of their food budget on fast food Younger populations are developing Type 2 diabetes much earlier than before This is not just about food - it’s about a lifestyle shift: Less home-cooked meals More ultra-processed foods Sedentary work culture Longer working hours India is rapidly moving from traditional diets to energy-dense, nutrient-poor eating patterns - and the metabolic cost is now clearly visible. It is the collapse of metabolic health. thesouthfirst.com/health/how-is-…

@san_x_m In feb 2026, my employer sent an email saying prof tax of 300/- will be deducted (only for Feb 2026) month. Imagine how many employees in blore has to pay 100/- extra. State govt is looting here.

Your employer deducts Professional Tax every month. It is not going to your profession. It is going to the state government. In Karnataka and most other states it is Rs 200 per month. Rs 2400 per year. I have been paying this for years. Can anybody tell me what it is actually used for?

The delay in implementing front-of-pack warning labels is unusual given the overwhelming scientific consensus and the growing health burden India faces-obesity and diabetes. Sharply rising consumption of pre-pacakged ultraprocessed food products is a key driving factor authorities have already acknowledged. Clear warning labels are a low-cost, high-impact measure that empowers consumers and encourages industry reformulation. Public health policy must be guided by evidence not by the commercial interests of companies whose products are high in sugar, salt and unhealthy fats. And the Evidence is in favour of warning labels, the only ones which work on the ground.
Rema Nagarajan@RemaNagarajan

A look at avg time taken by FSSAI to frame regulations/amendments- just 2 yrs But 10 yrs and still no regulation on front of pack labelling which is being resisted by food industry Why does only this regulation take so long @fssaiindia ? @Moveribfan timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india…

It’s not on us to read as much it is on the government to warn each citizen of India . Regulation is the answer to prohibit marketing and advice and warning labels on the front of pre packaged food products high in sugar salt and bad fats.

Happy to see health figure in a discussion Inside the temple of democracy, where a parliamentarian time and again asks questions around why Indians are getting shortchanged on the health front. Hell these juices are liquid sugar and nothing else and there is no other way of saying this WE HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO READ LABELS

Indians are so bad in having basic conversations during teams meeting. How was your day? (Dead silence) How is your health? (Silence again) What did you do in the weekend? (Silence)
