x.com/historydefined… This desk was built by Bernard Molitor for Louis Bonaparte, King of Holland and brother of Napoleon, in the early 1800s. It contains over 200 hidden drawers, a concealed chair, false fronts designed to mislead anyone who tried to access its contents, and locking mechanisms that reveal additional compartments only if you know the sequence. Napoleon commissioned it. The desk was meant for a king who needed to keep secrets.

Mending the Broken. "Teacup in Chains" by Glen Martin Taylor. A raw, industrial take on Kintsugi, where shattered porcelain is bound together by metal and chains to transform fragility into resilience.
